iPod Competition rules

  1. The competition is restricted to entrants of 18 years of age or older.
  2. The competition is only open to residents of the RSA.
  3. The first drawing is scheduled for Thursday 30th September, 2010 and monthly thereafter. Drawings will take place the last Friday of each respective month.
  4. Entries must be submitted no later than the day prior to the scheduled drawing. Entrants may submit as may entries as they wish.
  5. The first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery may result in forfeiture of the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Wine4Us (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
  6. The winner and the winning number will be announced on our website, via Twitter, and FaceBook.
  7. Any person who is an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of Wine4Us (Pty) Ltd or any person who is directly connected with the organisation is ineligible to participate.
  8. All entries are valid for only one draw. An entry is the seven (7) digit number on the Certification Seal. Each number is valid for only one entry.
  9. The decision of Wine4Us (Pty) Ltd will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  10. By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.
